Launch of Digital Mahalla Platforms

Tashkent, August 24, 2026 - At the Association of Mahallas of Uzbekistan, three digital platforms - Raqamli Mahalla, Aqlli Mahalla, and Mahalla AI - were unveiled to enhance community service at the mahalla level and introduce modern technologies.

Features of Mahalla AI and Raqamli Mahalla

Mahalla AI aggregates data on 8,992 mahallas across Uzbekistan into a single digital environment, allowing users to ask questions in simple Uzbek and receive prompt answers. Raqamli Mahalla enables users to analyze household and citizen social situations, identify families in need, conduct targeted work with unemployed individuals, and monitor residents’ appeals.

Registration and Services

According to the event, 7,786 mahalla chairpersons have already registered on the platform, which offers 12 distinct user roles. Additionally, the Urgench Smart City system has integrated more than 300 services to date.
